Hi, I’m Antonio, I am a programmer and so I work at the computer all day long.
Being a geek doesn’t mean I’ll leave my health to the mercy of my job, I decided some time ago to tackle the problems of working all day long at the computer. They say “sitting is killing you” and it equally came to the attention of my friend working all day long at the computer but in finances.
We discussed about this work related health issues for a while. Whether your are an accountant or a secretary, we are all sitting all day long. At the end we are all in the same situation. It is the same computer desk configuration and so the same health issues… that’s how I thought I’ll share with you some tips to make our computer desk an Healthy-Desk-Station 🙂
